Breville Bambino Black Friday Deals 2026: Bambino or Bambino Plus, at the Live Price

Two machines share a name, a three-second heater and a 54 mm group, and differ in one thing that matters: who textures the milk. The Bambino Plus is our 2026 Best Overall Espresso Machine; the Bambino is the smallest and cheapest route to the same shot. On Black Friday the question is not which is better — the reviews settle that — but how far the discount closes the gap between them. Both live prices are below, read when the page loaded.

How to use this page: each card shows the live Amazon price, read when the page loads, and no second figure beside it. A Black Friday deal is real when that price is clearly below what the machine has been selling for in the weeks before — the Breville hub explains how to judge that. We do not predict a discount or quote a historical one.

Two Bambinos: what is shared, what is not

The best ultra-compact espresso machine under $400: 3-second heat-up and a 54mm group in the smallest footprint, but no grinder and a modest steam wand. Espresso-first buyers on a budget should start here. The Plus: the best entry-level espresso machine with an automatic steam wand: 3-second heat-up, 54mm group and excellent plant-milk support in a compact footprint. The ideal pick for milk-forward home drinkers. The head-to-head sets the two records side by side; the short version is below, taken from the reviews.

What the Bambino review credits and counts against it

  • ✓ Smallest footprint of any quality espresso machine
  • ✓ 3-second ThermoJet heat-up time
  • ✓ Surprisingly good espresso for its size
  • ✗ No built-in grinder (separate purchase required)
  • ✗ Single boiler limits workflow

What the Bambino Plus review credits and counts against it

  • ✓ ThermoJet heating reaches optimal temperature in 3 seconds
  • ✓ Automatic steam wand produces microfoam consistently
  • ✓ PID temperature control for stable extraction
  • ✗ Single boiler — cannot steam and brew simultaneously
  • ✗ No built-in grinder (requires separate purchase)

Neither list changes on Black Friday. If you drink espresso, americanos or the occasional cortado, the Bambino’s manual wand is not a limitation you will meet often; if you make lattes every morning, the Plus’s automatic wand is the feature you are paying for, and the award page explains why it won.

Three rules for a real deal

  1. Judge against the everyday price, not the list price. Breville’s list prices are round numbers the machines rarely sell at; the everyday Amazon price in the weeks before November is what a discount has to beat. Check the cards now, and again on the day.
  2. Buy the model you would have chosen at full price, or the one above it. A deal that moves you from the Bambino to the Plus is worth taking when the gap closes; a deal that moves you to a machine that does not fit how you drink is a mistake with a discount on it.
  3. Check the seller. Amazon directly or Breville’s own store carry the warranty cleanly. The same model from an unknown marketplace seller at an unusually deep discount is a different product category.

The gap: when the Plus is the buy

At everyday prices the Plus costs more and the comparison says who should pay it. On Black Friday the two are rarely discounted by the same amount, so the gap between the two live prices above moves, and the gap is what to watch.

As this page loaded the gap stood at $200.00 (live Amazon prices, read with the cards above). The shape of the decision is fixed: a gap that has narrowed to the price of a milk pitcher buys the automatic wand, the larger tank and the award winner for almost nothing; a gap that has stayed wide means the Bambino discount is the one to take, and the saving goes to the grinder.

The grinder is not optional

Neither Bambino has a grinder, and that is the whole budget question in disguise: a grinder that can hold an espresso setting costs more than most first-time buyers expect, and grind quality decides more of the cup at this level than the machine does. A discounted grinder beside a full-price Bambino is usually the better Black Friday than the reverse. Our pairing pages list the grinders that fit each machine, by budget: for the Bambino and for the Bambino Plus; the grinder deals page carries their live prices.

What to buy with it

Four things a Bambino owner buys in the first year, each verified against its own listing. The two consumables are the ones Breville’s own instructions schedule; the tamper is the upgrade most owners make to the plastic one in the box, sized at 53 mm because that is what fits a 54 mm Breville basket and its listing names the Bambino; the puck screen is 53.3 mm for the same reason.

The answer to the size question: 53.3 mm, which is what a 54 mm-class portafilter actually takes. Listing states a 0.2 mm thick 316 stainless steel puck screen measuring 53.3 mm, supplied in a 3-pack, and lists compatibility with the Ninja ES601 and Ninja Luxe Café as well as the Breville Barista Express, Barista Express Impress, Barista Touch, Bambino and Bambino Plus, and most 54 mm portafilter machines. It notes it is not recommended where the shower head has protruding screws.

Bambino Black Friday FAQ

When is Black Friday 2026?

Black Friday is November 27, 2026, the day after Thanksgiving, and Cyber Monday is November 30, 2026. Breville pricing in recent years has started appearing in the first week of November and run past Cyber Monday, so the window is longer than the day; the live prices on this page show where both machines stand today.

Does the Breville Bambino go on sale for Black Friday?

Both Bambinos have featured in recent Breville Novembers, and the Plus is the machine most often discounted alongside the Barista Express. We do not publish a discount history or predict a figure: the cards above show the live Amazon price with the time it was read, and the brand hub explains how to judge whether that price is a real deal.

Bambino or Bambino Plus on Black Friday?

Watch the gap between the two live prices rather than either discount alone. The Plus adds an automatic steam wand that textures milk for you, a larger water tank and a slightly taller body; everything else, including the three-second heater and the 54 mm group, is shared. If you make milk drinks and the gap has narrowed, the Plus is the buy; if you drink espresso and the gap has stayed wide, the Bambino is.

Do I need a grinder with a Bambino?

Yes. Neither Bambino has a grinder built in, and a grinder suited to espresso costs more than most people expect. A discounted grinder beside a Bambino at full price is usually a better Black Friday than the reverse; our pairing pages for each machine list the grinders that fit, by budget.

Should I buy from Amazon or from Breville directly?

Either is legitimate; the differences are warranty registration, return handling and which one has the lower price that day. Our links go to the Amazon listing, where the live price on each card comes from. If Breville is cheaper on the day, buy there.

Are these picks influenced by affiliate commissions?

No. Both machines are on this page because they carry published reviews and 2026 award recognition decided on a rubric long before deal season. We earn a commission on purchases through our links at no cost to you; it has no part in the awards or the advice.
