Most coffee bars in Fayetteville name one or two plant milks and add a surcharge, usually between fifty cents and a dollar and a half. Arsaga's Church & Center menu boxes its plant-milk offer as a special — "NO CHARGE to SUB" a "HOUSEMADE VEGAN MILK," "coconut cashew or oat" — which is the only house-made plant milk on any menu we captured in the city, and the only one offered free.
